Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and interest-free instalments via Klarna and Clearpay at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Email micoryanjewellery@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order enters processing it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

UK delivery is £6.99 and free on orders over £100. We ship worldwide — rates are calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: UK 5–8 business days, Europe 3–10, USA 5–8, Canada 7–10, Australia 3–10, rest of world 7–14. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Will I get tracking?

Yes — tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, significantly different from what was ordered, or shipped incorrectly. Contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number, a description and photos, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Our Jewellery

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver, 18K gold vermeil (a thick layer of 18K gold over sterling silver), 14K gold plating, genuine freshwater pearls, natural gemstones, AAA cubic zirconia and lab-created moissanite. All pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone with more fire and brilliance than diamond (2.5× the dispersion) and a 9.25 hardness rating — second only to diamond. Are your pearls real?

Yes — we use genuine freshwater pearls. Because they're natural, each pearl is subtly unique in shape and lustre. Read our freshwater pearl guide.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Keep jewellery away from perfume, water and cosmetics; put it on last when dressing. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear and store pieces separately in the pouch provided. Gold vermeil and plated pieces last for years with this simple routine.

How do I find my ring or necklace size?

Most of our rings are adjustable — one size fits most. Necklaces include adjustable chains; typical lengths are 40cm/16" (collar), 45cm/18" (princess), 50cm/20" (matinee) and 55cm/22" (opera). Exact measurements are listed on each product page.
