Custom rings and custom jewellery: 10–15 business days before dispatch.

Delivery Times

UK Standard delivery is estimated at 4–7 business days after dispatch for both silver moissanite and custom jewellery. Other delivery options and destinations have their own estimates, shown at checkout. Processing time is additional to delivery time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates; any delay or change to your order's timing will be communicated.

UK Shipping Charges

UK delivery is £6.99 on orders under £100 and free on orders of £100 or more. Available options and final charges are confirmed at checkout. No delivery option removes the processing time stated above.

Markets and Availability

Silver moissanite jewellery is currently available to UK customers. Other jewellery and destinations depend on the product's current market availability. Please contact us for custom-order availability before placing an order.

Tracking and Delivery Problems

Tracking details are sent when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking to update after dispatch. Check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs correction or your parcel appears lost or damaged.
