Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items that:

  • Arrive damaged during transit
  • Have a manufacturing defect
  • Are significantly different from the item ordered
  • Were shipped incorrectly

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected when ordering
  • Personal preference regarding style, color, or design
  • Items that match the product description but do not meet individual expectations
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Personalized, custom-made, engraved, or made-to-order items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Replacement Orders

Where appropriate, a replacement item may be provided instead of a refund. Replacement orders will be processed as quickly as possible once the claim has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.
