We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, have a manufacturing defect, are significantly different from what was ordered, or were shipped incorrectly. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery at micoryanjewellery@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selected, personal preference regarding style, colour, or design, normal wear and tear, items worn or altered after delivery, or personalised, custom-made, engraved, or made-to-order items (unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect).
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are: UK: 5–8 business days, Europe: 3–10 business days, USA: 5–8 business days, Canada: 7–10 business days, Australia: 3–10 business days, Rest of World: 7–14 business days. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
