Ring Sizing Guide
Most Micoryan rings are adjustable, one-size designs — but if you're unsure whether an adjustable ring will suit you, or you want to measure your finger anyway, this guide covers everything.
How our adjustable rings work
Adjustable rings have an open band that can be gently widened or narrowed to fit your finger. They typically fit UK sizes J to R comfortably. To adjust: hold the ring at the sides (never squeeze the stone or setting), slide it onto your finger, and apply gentle, even pressure to close or open the band a little at a time. Adjust in small increments — repeatedly bending metal back and forth weakens it.
How to measure your finger at home
Wrap a strip of paper or a length of thread snugly around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres — that's your finger circumference. Measure at the end of the day (fingers are smallest in the morning) and avoid measuring when your hands are very cold or very warm.

Fit tips
A well-fitting ring slides over the knuckle with slight resistance and sits snugly without leaving a deep mark. If you're between sizes, size up — especially for wider bands, which fit more tightly than thin ones. Buying a surprise gift? An adjustable ring is the safest choice, which is why most of our designs are made that way.
